Ever wanted to learn how to build a perfect celebration cake. Join Pastry Chef Nickol for an evening of fun building the perfect celebration cake. She will be showing you how to properly fill a cake and crumb coat along with the final finish. We will be making a coconut roasted pineapple cake. Learn Creme Patisserie. How to properly confit pineapple and basic Swiss buttercream. . You will be building a 6" celebration cake for you to decorate and take home. Small bites, tea and coffee will be served.
-We will need a minimum of 5 for the class to not be canceled.
